I would have given it a five star rating but...I feel that my last visit took almost two hours longer then it should have. The reason I say this, I arrived at my appointed time, got in on time. They did there prep work (I needed a crown) as expected. from that point on it took them three and a half hours until completed. From the time I was numbed it was 45 min before anyone came back in. It took about another 20 min. before the dentist started preparing the tooth. Once done they told me I could run errands if I need as it would take an hour to make the crown. waited in the office. one of the assistants came in after the hour and said the crown was complete and the dentist would be in shortly. an hour later the dentist showed up and finished up. From the time I arrived until I left was just over four hours. Other crowns I have had put on took about one and a half to two hours max.

Very good experience. Dr. Chen and her Team were synchronized and very accommodating. One stop Shop.

Loved Dr. Xie! She was so thorough and so kind.
